Annie Zhang is a writer and editor based on unceded Bidjigal land in Sydney.

Her work has been published by Debris Magazine, Island and Kill Your Darlings, amongst others. She was awarded first place in the Overland 2023 Neilma Sidney Short Story Prize. She is a former WestWords Western Sydney Emerging Writer Fellow.

Annie is interested in monsters, hauntings and ghostly encounters. She drinks a lot of pu’er tea.
