Annie Zhang is a writer and editor based on unceded Darug land in Western Sydney.

Her work has been published by Debris Magazine, Island and Kill Your Darlings, amongst others. She was awarded first place in the Overland 2023 Neilma Sidney Short Story Prize and shortlisted for the 2025 Woollahra Digital Literary Awards.

Annie is interested in monsters, hauntings and ghostly encounters. She drinks a lot of pu’er tea.
